How the voucher system works

Food and beverage services during Affiliate World Europe Budapest at MTK Sportpark operate primarily through a prepaid voucher system.

Order your vouchers in advance via our online shop and redeem them in-store for any product within the selected voucher category.

Voucher Redemption

• Each voucher is valid for one (1) product only within the selected voucher category.
• You may choose any available item from the relevant voucher category.
• If the selected item’s on-site selling price is higher than the voucher value, no additional payment is required.
• If you choose a lower-priced product, unused voucher value cannot be refunded, credited or carried forward.

Ordering Deadline

Early Booking Deadline: Monday, 6 July 2026, or until withdrawal.

Orders submitted after the deadline may be accepted only if operational capacity and product availability permit. Late orders are charged at the full list price and are not eligible for the 10% Early Booking Discount.

Collection of Purchased Vouchers
Purchased vouchers will be delivered to your stand in printed (hard copy) format at the requested time. Our staff will ask to speak to the designated contact person specified during the ordering process. The vouchers will be handed over upon signing a delivery receipt confirming receipt..
