In its ‘day-to-day’ life, the museum has 3 functions: it cares for the collections, carries out scientific research and organises exhibitions.
Within the venue, there are a variety of rooms available, from 40 square metres to 1800m².
Its rooms offer a unique and exotic setting for representative events, conferences, lectures, press conferences, presentations, film shootings and other events, thanks to their special equipment, such as the sunken coral reef covered with glass floor, the 2-tonne whale skeleton suspended in the dome, and the natural science exhibitions.
