Contemporary design - multi-purpose event venue
The É26 Event Space was created during the comprehensive refurbishment of the É26 office block belonging to Luminis Kft., a company specialising in lighting technology. The design focused on creating a welcoming, well-thought-out and inspiring environment where guests feel at ease from the moment they arrive. With its uncluttered design and flexible layout, the 200 m² hall, featuring a ceiling height of 3.3 metres, is the ideal choice for conferences, lectures, workshops, training sessions and a variety of business events.

The main hall is complemented by additional venues, each with its own distinct atmosphere. The first-floor lecture theatre, which seats 25–30 people, offers a more intimate setting for smaller workshops and training sessions, whilst its gallery can be used for coffee breaks or catering. The inner courtyard, which can accommodate around 30 people, can be incorporated into the event as a standalone venue in good weather, complete with a drinks bar or catering facilities. The event hall has two smaller rooms adjoining it directly. One of these can be used as an interpreters’ booth or cloakroom. The other is a studio (a slightly larger room), which we can recommend as an additional space, a technical room or a backstage area.
The final room is our presentation room, which we can offer to our most distinguished guests for a drink, a meeting or an interview.
Professional equipment, smooth implementation
One of the key features of É26 is its state-of-the-art technical infrastructure, which reflects Luminis Kft.’s more than 25 years of experience in lighting technology. In addition to controllable room lighting, presentations are supported by a 3.6 × 2-metre Full HD LED wall, a sound system, handheld and headset microphones, a lectern and a presenter’s stand. Depending on the event’s requirements, a stage measuring up to 6 × 3 metres, 100 Mannequin chairs, whiteboards and desk-mounted armrests are also available, whilst the 3+1 digital signage display at the entrance allows visual communication to form part of the event experience from the moment guests arrive.
In the immediate vicinity of the main hall, there is a room that can be used as an interpreters’ booth or a cloakroom, as well as a larger studio which can be used as a technical room, a backstage area or a green screen for the event. The venue has its own car park, and vehicles can even drive in through the gates on both sides facing the courtyard.

The „lifestyle showroom” set up on site offers a glimpse into the world of Luminis design, whilst the showroom provides a unique setting for hosting more exclusive guests, for a drink, a meeting or an interview.
The main event hall, the upstairs auditorium, the inner courtyard, the studio and the other ancillary rooms together provide the opportunity for the various programme elements of an event to take place separately from one another, yet all within a single venue. É26 thus does more than simply provide a venue for an event: with its contemporary, design-focused environment and professional technical facilities, it creates an inspiring backdrop for meaningful encounters and memorable business events.
