What do autumn and beer bring to mind? Well, the amazing parade: Bavaria's three-week beer-loving festival, #Oktoberfest. Oktoberfest in Munich is one of the world's biggest folk festivals. Since 1810, millions of people have visited this gigantic beer festival every year.

The theme, the season, the programme is perfect for team building! Whether on-site or off-site, mi iwe'll turn the place into a wicked amusement park, where fun, games and beer are the main attractions!

“Germans can't cook“, “German cuisine is not good...” - let's not generalise! Don't think of fine dining, think of great pubs and beer houses! Because Bavarian cuisine certainly has some delicacies in store! First of all because of its cultural and geographical proximity to Czech and Austrian cuisine... And that's a pretty good basis!
Dumplings, crispy pork chops, fragrant roast pork, delicious fried sausages, braised cabbage, or the best beer-battered rolls: like fresh pretzels, or sweet-tasting, nice, fat doughnuts - you're hungry already, aren't you? 😉 #We are uncooked! Whether it's the biggest beer parade or the biggest beer parade, we'll get you in the mood for umpaps!

It may sound crazy, but dressing up in Bavarian clothes is the best part of the whole Oktoberfest experience! “Dirndl” and “Lederhosen” - unmissable parts of authentic Bavarian attire. Believe it or not, this is how they really dress for holidays, weddings and of course Oktoberfest! In our experience, colleagues love to dress up at company events, and many funny photos - and of course fond memories - are made in these costumes.

We can also provide additional clothing accessories (e.g. stiletto hat, snow duster, vest, two-headed blonde wig... etc.) to enhance the atmosphere. Another big favourite is the Oktoberfest themed photo wall. Unforgettable! The centrepiece of these events, everyone wants to try and capture themselves at the fun photo wall with a mood tailored to the event. At the event venue, we'll set up a backdrop wall with a Munich beer festival vibe, a beer bench with classic litre steins. Guests can pose and have their photos taken here.

The beer festival-themed company team-building session is also a great opportunity to play a variety of creative games, where participants can pit their talents individually or in teams. 

It would be a shame to miss the Bavarian dance, the hat-tossing circle dance, the shramble music, the pretzel tossing games of skill, or even the beer stein carrying competition or the beer swap!

Without Bavarian shraml music and dancing it's all for nothing, so of course we can provide a super shraml band! Leather trousers, checked shirt, green vest and wind instruments - the Bavarian Leather Trousers Band the team can sing the biggest Oktoberfest hits! The oompah will be in everyone's ears in no time, after a few pints everyone will be booing “A toast“, with “Airman's song“-, or Dj Ötzi's “Hey Baby (uh ah) - If You'll Be My Girl” to start.
And now all hands in the air!

What would an Oktoberfest be like without beer benches, or even beer bench rows (!), beer tents, ribbons, kegs, straw bales, plaid tablecloths, flower arrangements?! After all, the decorations are as much a part of the ‘festival’ as the beer itself! It is essential to the atmosphere.

Of course, we provide everything you need for the event: keg sets, keg elbows, gorgeously decorated classic beer benches with plaid tablecloths to create an even cooler atmosphere, and of course a tent perfectly decorated with floral arrangements and ribbons.
