The old airport hall
revived
On 1 October 2012, the former national airline, MALÉV, reopened its doors with a new function.
Terminal 1 Airport Event Center is an exciting and exceptional venue for exclusive events, ranging from gala dinners, conferences, client meetings to large weddings.
The unique, unparalleled airport atmosphere of the nearly 2,000 square metre venue, with a maximum capacity of 600 people, makes it special.
T1 is easily accessible by public transport, but there is also a spacious car park for 450 cars.

A special feature of these high-quality events at this exceptional location is the Airport Visitor Programme, where guests can get a behind-the-scenes look at the airport.
