The indoor and outdoor spaces, which can accommodate 70–100 people, provide an excellent setting for both productive work and informal socialising.

One of the venue’s greatest advantages is its spacious, well-maintained garden with mature trees, which is ideal for organising outdoor programmes and activities, or even creating relaxation areas. The venue has its own car park, which can comfortably accommodate 10–12 cars, whilst parking in the surrounding streets is free of charge. Transport links are also particularly convenient: the ferry terminal is just a five-minute walk away, so participants can even arrive by boat.
We offer flexible catering solutions. We can reheat and serve food brought in on site, and, if required, we can provide quotes from our reliable, high-quality catering partners so that organisers and participants can focus entirely on the programme.

The upper floor of BiPi Villa can accommodate 34 guests and features shared attic-style lounges. Our rooms, which sleep between 2 and 8 people, each have their own en-suite facilities (toilet, shower, washbasin).
